Partner Manager - Derby
The partner account manager acts as a liaison between Xuper and its channel partners and is responsible for building, maintaining and managing relationships with current and prospective partners. Roles To manage existing partner accounts and build strong relationships with the partner network To look for and develop business relationships with new partners To review and develop the existing partner on boarding and qualification process To communicate to the business all new products and services that can be added to the Xuper portfolio from on boarded partners To hold and chair regular review meetings with partners · To ensure all partners are trained and provided with the correct documentation, procedures and expectations required to deliver support. To negotiate with all assigned partners with a view to maximising income To recommend and advise partners on the best fit for projects from both a technical and financial standpoint To be the escalation point for all partner management issues. To create, manage, organise and present all partner documentation and capabilities to the relevant departments. To provide pre-sales support on calls and meetings using the knowledge of partner capabilities and locations. · Additional Roles Responsibilities To manage and deliver on projects, providing coverage for the project management team during absences & busy periods To create and provide quotes to clients for projects and maintenance agreements providing coverage for the sales & pre-sales team during absences & busy periods To help manage and develop CAP (Contract Acceptance Process) forms and ensure the business is prepared to deliver on agreements. Other Duties as Required.
