Due to a new addition to our Bateaux fleet, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Sodexo team based out of Windsor. Our new boat will join the successful Bateaux operation, where we have boats in London and Paris. Managing the operation, you will oversee the public restaurant and private charter cruise operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the beginning of this new venture, leading the team and helping to shape the future of Bateaux Windsor.

The role will involve managing the complete operation from front of house and all areas of the 50 cover restaurant maximising profitability, leading the team and identifying opportunities to grow and innovate whilst ensuring service delivery at the highest standard.

Package description

Up to £31,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

Main responsibilities

Working with the team at Bateaux London and the Ascot Culinary team you will develop the product and standards, this will involve all aspects of running successful operation, including monitoring stock, running team meetings, managing guest boarding, reacting to customer feedback, ensuring the team is managed and trained and overseeing rotas and staffing levels. This is an opportunity to have autonomy within a prestigious and interesting environment where you can really make things your own.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience managing/ supervising within a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Foundation certificate in Food Safety and Health & Safety
