What is the role?

As a Parts Advisor, you will assist the branch achieve daily individual sales and profit targets through the effective use of resources and to pro-actively maintain and develop the branch sales and profitability by value added selling and enhancing customer relationships.

Main responsibilities and duties:

    Building long-term relationships with local customersManaging stock and picking partsLearning the operational aspects of the warehouseSupporting the branch to exceed daily financial targetsTaking orders over the telephone and up-selling to increase invoice valueMaking outbound calls to raise customer awareness and achieve salesActively promoting offers, discounts and customer competitionsLimit credits and returns by sending the right parts, first timeBecome an essential, trusted part of your customers’ business

You will need to complete initial assessments in English and Maths upon application. The employer is looking to grow their own talent so no experience is necessary.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days

Weekly wage: £150.00 per week, increasing to £168.00 after 6 months
