Job Title: Legal Secretary


Hours: Full time

Salary £22,000 - £24,000

Location:Birmingham City Centre

Working on behalf of a prestigious and well-known law firm based in Birmingham City Centre, we are currently recruiting for experienced Legal Secretaries to provide comprehensive secretarial & administrative support to a small team of solicitors.

Key Duties:

-Manage incoming correspondence, emails, telephone calls & filing
-Audio and copy typing of reports and documents
-Producing PowerPoint presentations
-Meet & greet clients arriving in the office
-Complete & file official documents within company guidelines & timescales
-Attend team meetings, making file notes when required
-Plan and prioritise your work, updating as necessary
-Complete general administrative duties as required

Key Skills/Experience required:

-Secretarial qualification would be beneficial, as would experience of working in a legal role
-Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
-Strong organisational and administration skills, including diary management
-Accurate audio typing skills with minimum of 65wpm or greater
-Good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player with a flexible approach
