A new opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator for a busy and vibrant marketing department of a reputable company based on the outskirts of Winchester.
The key duties for this position are:
·To be the first point of contact for the department, logging requests and enquiries from various staff members and passing onto a marketing team member
·Assisting with the administration of online orders and reporting problems to the Marketing Manager
·Supporting the marketing team in the creation of KPI reports
·Managing and organising the booking of venues for internal roadshows and conferences in addition to general administration tasks for the operations team
·Supporting the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
The ideal candidate will:
·Be highly organised with strong multitasking capabilities
·Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
·Previous experience in an administrative role
·Be a team player
·Able to work well and remain calm under pressure
This is a full time, permanent role paying an annual salary of £20,000.
