ECS Group are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join a global IT solutions company. As the Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for logging calls and passing to relevant departments, ensure open tickets are updated regularly and ensure the KPI's are up to date.
