Our client, a large London based property company is seeking a Marketing Executive to fill a new role providing marketing support to its international network of offices and its International Residential Development business. Report to the UK Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be working directly with the Managing Director of International Residential Development and the Director of International, and liaising with the UK, MENA and International office marketing teams.

Initially, the candidate will be based in the international office in Mayfair for four days a week and then with the UK marketing team at their UK HQ in London Bridge for one day a week, subject to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with residential property developers to devise marketing activities and organise events focused on buyers in Asia and the MENA region
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies to promote new property developments in the UK, MENA and Asia
  • Manage both the international residential development and international departments’ database and their communication program
  • Provide marketing support to the IRD management team to help win new development instructions in the UK and globally
  • Work with London branches to promote new build and international properties
  • Manage online marketing content to improve online visibility for residential development
  • Organise an annual conference for the managers and partners of the international network
  • Organise client events for IRD and the international department
  • In conjunction with the company's research department, publish and market research documents on various residential developments and international property markets
  • Review international marketing activities to ensure that it is consistent with the brand guidelines
  • Develop social media strategy for both IRD and the international network, generating leads and engagement
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials to support business development process for winning new franchisees
  • Develop an internal communications programme to the London and global office network
