SALARY: £19,000 - £25,000
HOURS: 9:30 - 5:30

Our client is full service law firm with a diverse client base. Their clients range from some of the UK's largest businesses and institutions, housebuilders and developers through to investors, professional partnerships, family offices, not for profit organisations and private individuals. Due to growth they are looking to employ a legal secretary in their Manchester office.
The Legal Secretary will reside their Planning & Environmental department which consist of 3 members. A partner, a senior associate and a junior lawyer.
Candidates with planning experience are prefered but those with a good commercial background will also be considered.
Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary
* Diary management
* Travel management
* Document production
* Email management
* Audio Typing
* Event coordination
It is essential you have experience with Track Changes & editing/creating large legal documents. Contracts and lengthy documentation will be the main aspect of your role.
You should be a confident Legal Secretary with an extensive background in the legal sector. You should be able to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. You must have excellent IT skills in relation to Microsoft Office and be able to type a minimum of 70 words per minute. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and third parties.
