SALES - Contact Centre Team Member (Apprenticeships)
The purposeof this role is to act as key advisor to small and medium sized employers. You will contact employers to offer adviceand guidance to which apprenticeship or training programme will best meet theneeds of their business, including new hires and upskilling of existingstaff. You will work closely with theemployer engagement and centralized learner recruitment teams to understand andpromote our products.
Salary£18,000 - £20,000

You will haveresponsibility for engaging new clients through outbound telesales. This will include both introducing specificwork-based learning products, as well as individual high potential candidatesfrom our talent pool. You will:
Ensure that you are anexpert on both ILE’s product offering and the broader government rules as theyrelate to training (e.g. apprenticeship rules) so that you can become a trustedadvisor
Be focused on engagingemployers aligned to an industry sector, but will have the responsibility topromote all of ILE’s products.
Contact employers toidentify learning opportunities including;
Upskilling existing staff with apprenticeship programmes;
Gathering vacancies that should be filled by new hire apprentices;
Promoting our talent pools to employers
Identifying other opportunities (such as with AEB, traineeship orcommercial training services) to meet the training needs of these employers
Passing vacancyopportunities to the learner recruitmentteams to ensure that new hire opportunities are filled in a timely manner
Overall, you will also be expected to ensure
Ensure that the employerclient is delighted with our overall service provision, and that this isreflected in key satisfaction measures
Ensure our delivery exceedsinternal quality expectations and external benchmarks such as Ofsted
Ensure that our overallcommercial goals are met or exceeded, to provide a sustainable basis for ourbusiness
Knowledge skills & experience
? English & Maths (Level 2 GCSE or equivalent)
? Previously enjoyed working in a KPI driven environment
? Sales/Outbound Telesales experience
? Worked in a team-based environment
? Worked in a customer focused environment
? Diploma/Qualification in Customer Service, or one of our sector specialisms
? Experience maintaining a CRM system
? Work-based learning experience (e.g. apprenticeship, commercial training or traineeship fields)
