Our client, a market leader within their field is currently recruiting for a recent graduate/marketing administrator to join them as a Marketing Administrator at their offices in Glasgow City Centre

This is an initially a temporary contract but with a view to permanency for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and fast paced business within their busy, dynamic team.

Duties will include:

• Analysis of weekly sales and compilation of marketing and social media reports • Updating and drafting content for online websites using our CMS system • Assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing presentations • Keeping product catalogues up-to-date • Market, trend and competitor analysis • Assisting with social media content and planning • Assisting in organising any photography, design work or marketing materials • Creating mock up designs for new products to present to potential customers

The successful candidate will:

• Be a recent marketing graduate/have experience working within a marketing team • Have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with contacts across all levels both internally and externally • Be really organised and able to prioritise projects effectively • Work well under pressure • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and PowerPoint • Be familiar and confident working with key social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram • Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud packages would be advantageous
