Marketing Administrator - Doncaster - £17,500 - Permanent - Immediate Start!

Venatu Consulting are working in partnership with our established client in search of an Administrator to work within their marketing department on a permanent basis.

Duties:

  • Administrative tasks including scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Sort incoming mail and distributing appropriately
  • Collect, prepare and send outgoing mail and courier parcels
  • Conducting FCA regulated checks on clients
  • Uploading incoming faxes and emails to appropriate customer files
  • Receiving incoming phones calls for all departments
  • Assisting the Marketing manager as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven working experience in similar role is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Solid Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Self-motivated to get things done
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • A level educated
  • Degree in Marketing or similar discipline would be advantageous

  • £17,500 per annum
