Title: Mandarin Marketing and Community Executive
Salary: 25,000 GBP to 35,000 GBP depending on experience
Location: Central London (option to work remotely sporadically).

We are looking for a native Mandarin speaker with excellent English to join a very exciting Tech start-up in London. This role will ideally suit someone with a background in Marketing, and with a very deep understanding of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.). You will have to be a confident communicator, with fantastic oral and written skills. You will also be a comfortable with translations in English and Mandarin. Delivering high standards of customer service is essential in this role. Within others, your responsibilities will be:

- Community Management: moderation of community discussion following internal guidelines. You will be responding to questions and supporting to queries across multiple social media channels and promoting the brand.
- Translation of different content types (video transcripts, blogs, website, social media posts, etc.).
- Spoken translation of community/marketing internal group calls.
- Organize and participate in events to grow community and create brand awareness
- Distribution of content across various social media channels
- Researching clients' preferences and discovering current and new trends
- Ensure brand consistency across community and connected communities
- Build strong and trusted relationships with community members and industry

Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with ideally native Mandarin Chinese proficiency
- General knowledge in Digital Marketing.
- Interested in Technology/IT and to work for a start-up with a huge growth scope
- Ideally someone who has previously worked in Community management and/or marketing positions, with an understanding of Social Media.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (written and spoken).
- Degree in Marketing, Business or another relevant field
- Candidates must be able to live and work in the UK.
