1.Purpose of the Job (what is the function of the position?)

Support the Marketing team in the development, delivery and evaluation of the global marketing strategy and associated market activity programmes aligned to the collective goals of the CCO organisation.


2.Key Activities (what gets done)
·Actively contribute to the delivery of the Marketing Activity Plan with specific focus on content development, website, digital and social media activities and general marketing communications
·Active role in the organisation of customer, partner, shareholder and internal staff events. This could include exhibitions, conferences, meetings, training seminars, production facility visits, corporate hospitality, receptions and CSR events and will definitely involve International travel
·Support in the ongoing roll out and embedding of the Brand narrative
·Input to the management of production, storage, translation and distribution of product and sales collateral
·Support the business by contributing to the effective delivery of internal communications and group activities
·Assist in the selection, purchase and organisation of branded / corporate gifts
·Coordinate where relevant, departmental meetings including making calendar bookings, minute taking and subsequent distribution
·Stationery ordering for the department

3. Qualifications and Experience

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
·Graduate calibre
·With 1 – 2 year minimum experience of;

·Supporting the development & implementation of customer marketing strategies to an international audience
·Experience of event coordination, attendance and hosting
·Experience of social media campaigns, out bound communications and web site
·Good marketing discipline skills across the board
·Good attention to detail and creative approach to problem solving
·Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
·Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
·Excellent organisational and time management / prioritisation skills
·Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and to strict timelines
·Strong “can do” attitude and approach to delivering results
·Ability to interact and effectively communicate with senior / high profile VIPs, Customers and Stakeholders.

Desirable skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Highly motivated to succeed, engaging and motivating others with a drive to always achieve the very best
Good commercial acumen & numeracy skills
Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross functionally to achieve common goals
Languages an advantage
Working towards CIM (or equivalent / other)
