Job description:

We are looking for 2x Campaign Managers to join our team based in Newstead Court, Nottingham Campaign Manager Responsibilities

Key Activities

•Management and delivery of the end to end campaign process including development and sign-off of implementation plans, briefing agencies, planning customer data selection, RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted Informed) sign off process, whilst communicating progress to key stakeholders and optimising internal resources and external partners to deliver activity.
•Manage individual marketing campaign budgets.
•Simultaneously plan and execute multiple marketing campaigns with responsibility for the acquisition, retention and value delivery targets.
•Own the relationship with key stakeholders supporting the overall business strategy.
•Develop and own specific campaign targets - response and conversion rates, budgets and timescales.
•Own the delivery of analysis to ensure continuous improvements in response rates and cost effectiveness.
•Develop key campaigns and activities that will generate leads across telemarketing and online, utilising a variety of direct marketing channels, including direct mail, digital and events.
•Manage the end to end campaign design and delivery process from financial sign off/business case through to live campaign monitoring and post campaign evaluation including creative development, data planning and selection, sales interface and business briefing.
•Own and manage the delivery and communication of all key campaign metrics – pre campaign NPV (Net Present Value), response rates, possible call volumes, operational impacts and conversion rates.
•Management and optimisation of campaign budgets, inclusive of associated costs to sell to achieve target cost per contract.
•Be an active and effective member of the Marketing Communications team, contributing to successful delivery of our business plan.

Required profile:


•Extensive marketing experience, including proven experience of successfully managing and executing large scale communication activity via direct mail, digital and events.
•Excellent organisational and project management skills.
•Meticulous attention to detail.
•Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
•Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
•Strong team player.

•Degree obtained.
