This legal secretary role is for a leading law firm based in central Liverpool. You will be required to carry out all administrative and office management duties in line with the clients values, and will play a central part in the effective functioning of the firm.

Description

The key responsibilities for this legal secretary will include:

  • Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and thereafter preparing relevant documents
  • Arranging client appointments and booking relevant meeting rooms
  • Organising and keeping up to date with the system database
  • Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation for senior partners and employees
  • Tracking of employee expenses
  • Handling financial and accounting matters

Profile

The successful legal secretary candidate should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package - Microsoft, Word, Excel
  • Outlook experience
  • Previous experience of working within the Legal sector
  • Travel arrangements/diary management experience
  • 80+ wpm typing with excellent accuracy
  • A dedicated and diligent approach to all work
