We have a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Executive to join a leading organisation in their joint venture based in Stoke-on-Trent.

The client is a well-established leader in Energy and Utilities having joined forces with 2 of the leading figures in the industry. They specialise in account management and efficiency advice for business customers across the UK. The role offers the chance for the right individual on a permanent basis.

The campaign executive will support the Campaign Manager and SME Marketing team with producing acquisition and retention campaigns from Microsoft dynamics CRM for email, telemarketing and direct mail campaigns.


  • To assist the data management for acquisition and retention campaigns via Dynamics CRM
  • To interrogate the Dynamics CRM system
  • Work closely with both digital, brand and marketing communications
  • To deliver campaign data and reporting as required accurately and on time
  • Assist as required with checking, analysing and manipulating raw data outputs
  • Working with the SME marketing team on marketing planning

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

- Good attention to detail, an enquiring mind, good problem solving ability

- Good time management and prioritisation are essential

- Marketing and/or CM background (CIM/IDM)

- Ability to organise numerical information

- Microsoft Office particularly Excel

- Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics is essential

- Previous in campaign experience
