As a STEM Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in the planning and delivery of STEM intervention within an ambitious Science department. You work alongside experienced department leaders and will be assigned a mentor who will support you throughout your first months at the school. The school's aim is to provide outstanding training to all graduates so they can go on to train to teach the following year. Whilst working in this dynamic Science department you will be key to instilling a passion for Science in all pupils.
This excellent secondary school is found central to Bradford and is located close to good public transport links. You will manage small groups and 1-2-1 exercises with pupils who have either exceeded or fallen short of expectations.
