Works closely with: Marketing Team, Internal Sales Team, Customer Service and Education

Our Client is seeking a person who understands the mission and can successfully tell their brand story to their trade accounts with precision and passion.

Overall Purpose

To support the company and Refinery Marketing and Sales teams on a range of

trade focused marketing activities. Responsible for the successful delivery of B2B events and

trade shows, B2B communications (digital and print), education support materials, and other

associated marketing materials for use across the business.

Main Activities


  • B2B communication updates - newsletters (digital and printed)
  • Managing launch activation information for Trade Sales Team (sell-in docs, B2B e-blast)
  • Specific spa marketing requests from key accounts e.g Treatment menus
  • Training manual updates - design and print
  • Creating brand and sales focused presentations
  • Supplier management, negotiation
  • Support in all areas of Marketing and any other business as required upon request
  • Global offices (USA & ASIA) communication and support
  • Trade advertising - plan against budget and drive creative from brand plan campaigns
  • Budget management and ROI analysis for all trade marketing activity
  • Event management
  • Manage design, development and budget of trade events
  • Create project planners for all ongoing events and set up regular meetings to discuss with Sales / Education teams
  • Event toolkit management and upkeep
  • Set up information packs for Sales team focus
  • Knowledge and skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Copywriting skills, with clear direction from Brand Team
  • Negotiation skills


  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of creative processes and working within brand and marketing guidelines
  • Understanding of how marketing and brand strategies work
  • Awareness of trends and developments in design and new media.
  • Excellent eye for detail and proven creativity in brief, and in both presentation and execution
  • Knowledge of and interest in the Beauty and Wellbeing Market
  • Knowledge of and interest in Spa industry

Qualifications and experience

  • 2 or more years' experience in a Marketing team, preferably with trade or event management focus.
  • 5 GSCE's or equivalent (A-C Grade) including Maths and English
  • 3 A levels or equivalent
