We're on the hunt for two truly dynamic, energetic, inquisitive and hardworking graduates to join our team as Campaign Executives.

This role will set you off on the path for a career with an agency, either in account management or commercial sales. You’ll learn a lot and fast!

We don’t suspect you’ll have heard of us but to save you that first bit of research: Martech Tracker is an entrepreneurial B2B data intelligence & lead generation agency based in the heart of Tech City in Shoreditch. We are a small team with massive ambition. Day to day we help tech companies (whom you will have heard of) generate leads to help fuel their sales.

Sounds great, but what does that actually mean?

We have created a global database of marketing technology buyers and through digital (the web) and the phone, we track their challenges, the tech they use, how they like to learn and what technology their company is in the market for.

When a client comes to us to find their next customer, we use data intelligence and a global sales team, to connect the two. We own the data and the technology and our partners deliver the campaigns for us, via the phone. Makes sense?

Since launching 12 months ago, we have built a rapidly growing client base and work with some of the most exciting technology brands globally. We have a brilliant reputation and intend to take the world by storm (we really do mean that)!

Aside from our London team, we also have delivery partners in Exeter, India, Singapore and San Francisco. And yes, that does mean you will have the odd opportunity to travel.

The role

As a Campaign Executive, you will assist in the implementation and maintenance of our client lead generation campaigns.

Most challenging part of the job

Working in an incredibly fast environment whilst staying ahead of the curve and exceeding client expectations. Lead Generation within the marketing technology (Martech) sector is constantly evolving and we require individuals with a thirst for knowledge and the desire to do things better, challenging the status quo when necessary. You must be able to work with senior stakeholders and have a solid understanding of client requirements & expectations. This requires a real eye for detail.


• Day-to-day contact with clients, the commercial team and our global partners.

• Proactive management of actions for both existing and upcoming projects.

• Management of targets and deadlines, or managing deadline amendment proactively.

• Promptly and accurately responding to client emails.

• Managing weekly update calls and monthly/quarterly face to face reviews.

• Producing accurate reporting for clients.

• Client communication, mainly via email but also phone and face to face too.

• Communicating on a professional level both internally and externally.

• Assisting in business development and cross selling within the account.

• Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the project lead.

Desired skills, experience and characteristics

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

• A desire to learn about account based marketing and funnel marketing.

• An excellent eye for detail.

• A proper understanding of Excel.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and cope with the unexpected.

• The ability and experience to juggle multiple projects at any one time.

• An outgoing nature and not afraid to ask for help or search for answers.

• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Organised and methodical, with excellent time management skills.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.

• A love of team work.

• An appreciation for emerging technologies would be a bonus.

As well as the above, the role requires an entrepreneurial attitude, a true self-starter that can manage projects from start to finish. Given the size of organisation we are, there will often be work that can fall outside of your own remit which you will be asked to complete (e.g. be part of the team looking after our stand at an event). For this reason, it is essential that you have a flexible, team-orientated, approach.
