Global Marketing Manager
Marketing Internally - Work with Fixed Income sales, trading and research to raise awareness of the product, how clients use it, trends and upcoming new features. - Partnering with a New York counterpart to ensure that regions converge on vision and strategy
Marketing Externally - Work with the desks and product team to plan and execute a client launch for the new features. - Organise and execute internal and external marketing campaigns for clients, using channels such as regular blasts e-mail, webinars, online promotion, conferences and in-person visits. - Set criteria and report on measurements of success for marketing campaigns for EMEA (and Asia) region - Work with legal and firm risk management to ensure the marketing effort meets local jurisdictional requirements.
E-Product Development - Over the course of external and internal outreach, new product ideas may come up. Ensure that these are tracked, and prioritized. - Where appropriate drive some of the product enhancement requests through development into launch.
Other Capabilities Required - Experience of working in Institutional Securities (or similar) in the financial sector - Product knowledge in Fixed Income products - The candidate must be self-directed, motivated and extremely well organized, able to set objectives and deliver to deadlines with minimal oversight. - Hands on person who is able to take ownership of drafting marketing material, writing and pitching campaign proposals, marketing emails and other content - Confident presenter able to demonstrate software products, tools and services to internal and external clients - Cross channel traditional and digital marketing skills, ideally including knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Adobe campaign or other) Staffing Specialist: To be confirmed
