We are looking for a data driven end-to-end Campaign Manager with experience in both sales and marketing campaigns, as well as strong analytical skills.


Owner of the Campaign Management processConduct the yearly budgeting processPlan and implement a successful, data driven, end-to-end campaign strategy to include all major sales channels (inbound calls, chats, emails, sales after support, outbound telesales and key account sales)Think about the customer journey holisticallyDrive customer centric sales campaigns throughout the organizationLeverage different data sources to identify valuable customer segments and triggersTarget group identification and campaign selections either through campaign management tools or in collaboration with customer insights and DWH teamsEnsure consistent campaign execution across all channels throughout the customer lifecycle (new customer acquisitions, cross and upsell, prevention, retention)Measure, evaluate and improve campaigns and channel performanceDelivery accurate sales, revenue, cost analyses and forecastsDevelop trigger campaignsChampion the benefits of sales campaigns to internal stakeholdersWork in close collaboration with the Head of SalesEffectively manage and engage with senior internal stakeholders (Brand, Product Management, Marketing and Service Directors, Sales Channel Managers) and third party vendors
We’re looking for:

In-depth end-to-end campaign management skills: planning, execution and controlling of data-driven campaigns and monitoring of sales performanceTarget group identification and campaign selection either through campaign management tools or in collaboration with customer insights and DWH teamsExperience with campaign management systems, e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud, SAS CI Studio etc. (no tool preference)Deliver accurate sales, revenue, cost analyses and forecastsBe self-motivated and driven with a passion for consulting in sales & serviceCapable to collaborate across brands and countriesExcellent leader, able to generate and retain credibility amongst peer groupExcellent Excel skillsAbility to be strategic, analytical and operationalOccasional travel required through Europe.
