Job description:

We are looking for a Year in Industry - Business Leadership Trainee to join our team in Coventry. Year in Industry - Business Leadership Trainee Energy Installation Services within E.ON offers a range of energy efficient measures to help improve homes and lifestyles. From external wall insulation and boilers, to cavity wall and loft insulation, we’re always looking at ways to support our customers’ future needs.



What you’ll do



During this Year in Industry placement, you’ll report to a Business Lead Support Manager and use your fresh perspective to help oversee a team that’s working on reviewing and improving every stage of our customers’ experience with us. This includes:





•Actively leading, coaching and motivating the team to do better
•Optimising the team’s performance through improved processes
•Making sure the team’s compliant at all times
•Owning communication from, into and within the team – including presenting at monthly team meetings
•Analysing internal and external management information to understand performance.



This placement could well prepare you for a future with us. Shine and we may fast-track you to the last stage of assessment for our Customer Operations graduate scheme. Required profile:

What we’re looking for





•You’re working towards a 2:1 degree in marketing, IT, HR or business.
•You have flair for customer service and you like to lead by example.
•Your communications skills – written, oral and presentation – are exceptional.
•You have a natural ability to build relationships and network.
•You can analyse and interpret MI.
•You’re flexible when it comes to location.
