Legal Secretary

This isn't your everyday, typical Secretarial role - this is a role that will support some of Northern Ireland's leading solicitors and partners. Working for one of the Law Firms in Belfast, you will assist the team by providing a high level of legal secretarial and administrative duties within a fast paced environment.

This position will be based in the Belfast City Centre and although it will be demanding, it will also be a rewarding role.

What about the role?

You will offer previous experience of working in a similar role ideally within a legal practice. Your role will be to provide Solicitors with essential Secretarial and in some instances, PA support. Playing a part in assisting the department to meet client expectations.

Suggested skills that you will offer include -:

  • High level of literacy in a range of MS Office packages
  • Highly proficient using the ALB case management system
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, managing a busy workload
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Proactive and work on own initiative
  • Positive and helpful attitude
