Job Title: Marketing Communications Coordinator (Maternity)
Contract: Job share, two days a week
Salary: £29,000- £34,500 pro rata

The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for marketing communications planning and delivery. The purpose of the post is about the management of workflow management, logistics, stock management, budget planning and communicating these areas to internal staff.

What you’ll be doing

    Manage logistics functions via DC10 – including stock management, logistics of the Welcome Packs, corporate gifts.Manage despatch for major mail items, e.g. our magazine for schools, using our CRM system and the support from our corporate despatch support at DC10. Support budget reporting and monitoring across the department, in agreement with Head of Marketing Communications.Develop and manage workflow and tracking systems for the whole department. Monitor, report on and co-ordinate progress against communications schedule using an appropriate electronic system. Make sure deadlines are communicated and met.Keep all staff informed about the latest marketing materials.Manage publisher inserts in our publications and invoicing.Support the Marcomms team as required such as annually reviewing and updating our ISO documents.
What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone to join our Marketing Communications team as Marketing Communications Coordinator. This is a job share, working two days a week with someone already in post.

    You need excellent organisational skills and be adept at making systems work well.You will deal with colleagues in our offices worldwide, and you will need good verbal and written communication skills.You will need excellent skills in analysing and interpreting data and information.You must be able to manage and organise disparate information and make it useful.You will need a good understanding of the marketing communications mix.
