Successful candidates will start within the company as Operations Coordinator, a varied an interesting front of house role where no two days are the same. In this role you will be responsible for:

·Answering calls and operating the switchboard

·Greeting candidates and visitors

·Event planning and coordination

·Preparing and presenting reports and statistics to the CEO

·General office coordination inc. maintaining various databases and processing stock orders

·Reviewing, amending and creating new business systems and procedures

·Leading your own independent projects

In this busy industry within 3 to 6 months, you will progress from Operations Coordinator to a Trainee Consultant. At this point, you will bid to join a team of consultants by writing a business plan which you will present to leaders within the company and the CEO. Once proficient in the role of Consultant, you will be responsible for:

·Writing adverts and sourcing candidates

·Contacting and interviewing candidates

·Preparing shortlists of candidates for clients

·Liaising with clients and attending visits

·Organising and attending events and seminars

·Business development and strategic planning

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

·2:1 degree (or equivalent)

·Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach

·Proven involvement in extra-curricular activities or voluntary work
