Job description:

We are looking for a Project Support Undergraduate to join our team in Kingswinford on a Year in Industry placement. Year in Industry - Project Support Undergraduate By analysing data, we’re able to do better. To be better. Join E.ON as a Project Support Undergraduate and you’ll work on a real project – working with IT, business and field teams – that’s going to have a significant impact, and support cultural change, within our field team.

What you’ll do

This is a Year in Industry placement within Field Operations, where you’ll gain a deep understanding of IT and business-based projects. This includes:

•Gathering and analysing business requirements with acceptance criteria
•User acceptance testing
•Process mapping
•Planning training roll-out and developing training materials
•Offering support for project / programme governance.

This placement could well prepare you for a future with us. Shine and we may fast-track you to the last stage of assessment for one of our graduate schemes. Equally, with the chance to explore our business whilst you’re here, you might find yourself securing a long-term career within a Business Analysis, Project Manager or Workstream Lead role.

Required profile:

What we’re looking for

•You’re working towards a 2:1 degree in a business, finance or numerical related degree.
•Comfortable working with data, you’re commercially astute and highly analytical.
•You have a good understanding of project methodology and governance.
•You’ve got a solid understanding of IT systems that support a customer-facing business.
•Your customer-focus and great communication skills mean you’ve a real skill for building relationships.

This role is based in Kingswinford.

Due to the nature of this role a DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check may be required.
