An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Loans Administrator to join a very successful National Car Finance Company based in a lovely part of North West London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious customer focused individual to build successful career within the financial services industry.

Duties will include:

* Responding to customer enquiries via email or over the phone
* Converting inbound enquiries into sales
* Developing tailored finance solutions to meet clients' requirements
* Obtaining all relevant information to ensure they are legible for a loans
* Handling incoming calls
* Preparing and processing applications
* Dealing with client queries
* Scanning and organising all relevant information relating to loans

Skills and attributes:

* Educated to Graduate level
* Previous Administrative experience
* Good telephone manner coupled with excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills

The successful candidate will be joining this highly regarded Financial Company at a busy time of growth. The plush offices are accessible by public transport however parking is provided and they are within walking distance of local amenities.
