Well this may be the job for you! We have an exciting opportunity pop up in Borehamwood for an expanding family run company who specialise in beauty training and cosmetics.

We need someone to complete our marketing team to assist the brand manager with new and exciting marketing ideas to help promote our already successful expanding company!

The Role will involve:

-Strategic objectives
Help deliver the Marketing and Communications strategy

-Financial objectives
Ensure effective financial management of specific projects

-Communication
Assist in the management of the production of marketing materials,
including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and
proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers

-Brand Development
Aid in promoting brands through tailored and focussed marketing

-Market Analysis
Develop an understanding of market trends, developments and main competitors

-Brand Assets
Assist in the maintenance of a fully comprehensive image library of old,
existing and new brand related assets

-Product
Assist in building the brand product portfolio - including new product development and research.

-Trade publications
Building and maintaining contacts with trade media
Ensuring advertising deadlines are met and content is received and supplied

-Point of Sale and Merchandising
Assist in the design and development of merchandising solutions

-Training
Development and maintenance of training collateral

-Design Resource
Build relationships and liaise with designers, printers and production agencies
(point of sale and packaging).
Assist in managing the in-house design schedule to ensure maximum productivity
Gather quotes for production and agree finishes
Manage timely delivery

-Web and ipad content
Assist in the creation and maintenance of web content and information required for the sales team.

-Project Management
Assist in ensuring that all ensuing projects are completed within the given
timescale and within a given budget

-In-house and external Communications
Assist in the effective communication of all marketing related information in-house.
Create an effective partnership with PR, Social Media, Customer Services and Design
Assist in the relationship with the brands' central office

-Exhibitions and Events
Assist in the creation and production of all marketing for all events and exhibition
including stand design

-Promotions
Assist in the running of an effective brand promotional calendar
Assist in reviewing promotional activity

-Research and Analysis
Assist in evaluating marketing activities
Assist in the continual monitoring of all competitor activity
Assist in reviewing brand positioning

-General Duties
Support the Brand Managers in their daily role




The Ideal Candidate we're looking for:
We're after someone with a Marketing degree along with some experience within a marketing role.
ALSO you must have experience OR proven interest in beauty. AND you must be confident in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT. If this sounds like you then you need you to apply NOW! Dont miss out... This is a great opportunity.
