Marketing Executive

Our client operates a small private practice with two offices in Central London, one in Harley Street and one in Islington. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to run the marketing function of their business. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with salary in line with experience of £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.

As and Marketing Executive you will take responsibility for implementing and owning marketing campaigns, targeting existing and new business prospects, managing social media, liaising with clients and suppliers and to put together an annual niche marketing strategy.

Core Responsibilities
- Setting up meetings for the Director with potential referrers and collaborators
- Finding opportunities to increase the profile of the private clinic across a range of media
- Run events, internal and external, and manage associated logistics and materials
- Writing content and articles for the clinic's website and newsletters
- CRM Management and email campaigns
- Creating working relationships with other industry professionals
- Attending marketing meetings with potential referrers and collaborators
- Developing marketing materials including copywriting, proof reading, overseeing printing
- Working with designer(s) to devise marketing materials and update the clinic's website
- Managing databases
- Book conferences and external events for the Director and manage all associated logistics
- Managing the marketing budget in conjunction with the Director and looking for economies of scale within that budget
- Respond to all internal and external enquiries
- Manage and analyse market research
- Assist PA to Director with admin duties as required including patient liaison and appointment booking in PA to Director's absence

Skills/Attributes Required
- Marketing Executive experience
- Good knowledge of the full marketing mix
- Excellent organiser
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Ability to multi-task and work
- CIM qualified or aiming towards
