Part Time Bookkeeper

6-8 hours per week - Flexible days

Brentwood, Essex

£12-15 per hour

*Free parking on site*

My client, a well established, friendly and successful business based in Brentwood, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join them on a permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of accounts
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Processing monthly payroll for 5 employees
  • Reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Managing pensions and staff benefits
  • Invoicing
  • Stock taking
  • Dealing with NI contributions
  • Office expenses
  • Profit and loss reports
  • VAT returns
  • Managing property costs & payments
  • Motor expenses
  • Using Pegasus Accounting daily
