Full time permanent role
Our Daventry based client is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant due to continued growth within a Group Marketing support based at Head Office, in Daventry. The Marketing Department supports all businesses within the Group and the role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will see involvement in a varied, and busy hands on marketing support function.
Provide a professional and reliably responsive administrative support to the Marketing team in support of the wider business.
Assist with database creation and cleansing as and when required to ensure that accurate details are available for marketing communication.
Ensure that all departmental folders - digital and physical are up to date and maintained. Maintain a departmental library of industry magazine titles and ensure all subscriptions remain relevant.
Continuously maintain an accurate up to date supplier database of contacts.
Continuously maintain an up to date project photographic library.
Assist in the processing of installer badge imagery.
Work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Administrator to plan and prepare support materials for all events throughout the year.
Collate and prepare internal communication for issuing monthly within the Group as required. Monitor social media channels each week for conversations/industry comment and share with the team for potential opportunities for engagement.
Support the team to coordinate and progress projects with suppliers as and when required. Support the Head of marketing to ensure all costs are accurately captured to assist budget analysis.
Support the team to ensure the Intranet is kept up to date.
At least two years support experience in a business support environment preferably marketing
Good communication skills both written and oral
Good command of English language including spelling and grammar
Excellent attention to detail
Keen to develop and learn new skills
Demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach
Personable and professional
Computer literate - experience of MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and databases) Customer focused and highly organised Ability to work independently and as part of a team Accuracy and attention to detail. Can-do attitude.
