Our client is one of the leading independent manufacturers and converters of disposable tissue products in the UK, supplying products to wholesale distributors serving the non-consumer market in the janitorial, hotel, restaurant, facilities management, catering, industrial and healthcare sectors.

They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive who is genuinely excited to help them maximise profits through developing sales and marketing strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting their products, services or ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Creation of marketing plan to support the sales strategy
• Planning, developing and implementing of effective marketing communication campaigns
• Managing campaigns on social media, and maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
• Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites
• Monitoring ongoing marketing spend against the budget, and reporting this monthly
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
• Assist in the production of competitor analysis/reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Organising events and product exhibitions
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and communications, including producing an internal newsletter
• Support to the Customer Services team during busy times

Candidate Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM qualification
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role, or someone looking to move to the next level up
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Proactive in generating ideas to drive the company’s marketing forward
• Strong project management/organisational skills
• Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends
• Understanding of customer segmentation
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
