Senior Marketing Executive
Our client is a well-established family company with strong ethical values around the way in which they treat people. Following a recent Brand and Marketing review with their Marketing Consultant, they have decided there is a need to create a Senior Marketing Executive role to help drive further growth.

Core responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive is to:
Plan, manage and deliver the marketing plan with the support and direction of our partner Strategic Marketing Consultant. This includes but is not limited to the following:
To execute all marketing activity including design, copywriting, sign-off and ROI measurement plan. To be completed in line with the company brand and value proposition.
To suggest, create and coordinate marketing communications collateral for engagement with clients and their specialist community; increasing the database tenfold and creating an army of brand ambassadors
Working in partnership with the sales team to understand requirements of the business weekly/monthly areas of focus and execute appropriate marketing activity. Utilising knowledge of our business and marketing techniques to penetrate specific communities.
Manage all social media including delivering a social media content plan with consideration of SEO.
Working with the business development manager to create content, pitch and sales to existing clients by marketing our range of services.
Working with Business development and our Internal Analyst to market to potential customers in different Industries. The business currently generates 99% of its turnover from public sector, procured contracts. The candidate would be expected to assist in diversifying the services towards different sectors and clients with a view to increasing turnover and decreasing the reliance on the public sector.
Managing 3rd party suppliers including printers, web agencies and designers
Representing the client's brand and services at local networking events.
Experience of the creation of multichannel marketing collateral, including design, copy and content within brand guidelines.
Evidence of Customer Relationship Management and content creation essential.
Strong digital skills, including Social Media planning and engagement and an understanding of SEO principles.
Must have worked closely with sales teams to identify and penetrate new markets and to offer high quality supporting collateral; pitch templates, bids and tenders etc.
Experience of briefing and managing external resources as required
Evidence of working inter-departmentally and penetrating different communities and/or groups of people
