Marketing Executive – Security Technologies (standalone role)

A speciality international business producing a range of security products used in human biometric identification, as well as product anti-counterfeit & document anti-forgery authenticity seals, has now set up a representative office and London and is seeking a content focused Marketing Executive to join their very small local team.

Working across the EMEA region under the guidance of the CEO & Sales Manager, this role will take responsibility for creating all content for flyers, emails, websites, presentations, general corporate branding, social media & other digital channels

LOCATION: City of London

SALARY: £30-35K

TYPE: permanent, full time

START: ASAP (early 2018)

Applicants should have a genuine interest and intrinsic inquisitiveness regarding new technologies, a very strong creative ability, self-starter approach, the ability to bring new ideas, and enjoy working in a small, start-up business environment.

Additional skills in graphic design and/or design software (InDesign, Photoshop etc.) usage would be greatly beneficial


·Accountable for all content creation & marketing initiatives to drive sales, engagement, leads, that deliver new sales and customer retention

·Plan & leads an effective marketing strategy to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost

·A strong brand publisher mind-set: the creation of content our client base is looking for and then to optimise the path to conversion of sales

·Review all existing marketing material, and with CEO / Sales Manager – decide on what to keep, update, discard, or reuse

·Produce compelling and visually appealing marketing material for use at initial introduction stage, as well as at formal sales presentations, and any follow-up collateral

·Write engaging and informative content for marketing material (content generation), as well as for digital channels such as social media, website, corporate blog, and other


·University degree (or equivalent) in marketing

·4-5 years of very hands on, content creation focused marketing

·Strong self-starter; ability to take on a marketing function singlehandedly

·Enjoy working in a start-up environment, and in a very small team

·Editorial mind-set that seeks to understand what corporate audiences expect and how to create it

·Ability to analyse and present content over various mediums (print, presentation, digital)

·Project management skills; ability to produce a marketing plan and see it through
