Building the dream

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will assist in strengthening the brand position of Reiver Homes, deliver our brand promise and attract sales leads contributing to sales targets and the achievement of our business plan.

You will play a pivotal role in campaign development from ideas through to execution. As brand ambassador for Reiver Homes, you will support event planning and management and ensure the day to day management of content is successfully utilised to build our target audiences through our communication channels.

About you

You will be experienced in the marketing or advertising environment and no stranger to working closely with sales. We’re looking for someone who is familiar with the digital marketing landscape, has experience in using digital advertising platforms and also design experience using Adobe Creative suite. You must be confident in working to brand guidelines and have the ability to brief and manage multiple creative suppliers.

You will have previously used CRM and CMS systems to ensure all online and offline marketing materials are being distributed and published on time and to budget. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential as is a great eye for detail with the ability and willingness to learn new skills.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative approach to delivering successful marketing strategies and a creative flair for advertising content. Working in our fast-paced environment you will have passion for excellence and a desire to make a real contribution to our exciting new business.

Ideally, you will be a graduate in Marketing or another relevant discipline and an understanding of key marketing principles. A clean UK driving licence is essential you will be expected to travel to our developments when required. Hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however, you must be willing to work weekends if necessary.

Alongside receiving an excellent starting salary of £17,576 to £18,000pa, base bonus of 10% of salary and other benefits, you will receive on-the-job training to exponentially increase your marketing knowledge and carve out a career that you can be proud of.
