The role…·The main purpose of the role is to build the brand across a range of channels ensuring they stand out from the competition by creating, managing and delivering an integrated external communication plan, focused mainly on taking the message to the core audience and demonstrating increased brand digital presence.
·Ensure the Forgeway brand is nurtured and adhered to in both internal and external communications by managing the integrity of the brand.
·Build an effective internal communication strategy, working across the company to support new business directives, planning effective campaigns in conjunction with other stakeholders.
The skills you will bring…
·Experience, passion and skill for online marketing and an avid user of social media to increase market presence, with demonstrable sales conversions.
·Ability to prepare and deliver long-term marketing plans to support the company’s growth targets.
·Someone who is keen to take the lead, with at least three years marketing experience encompassing digital and print, ideally with CIM or equivalent education/experience.
·Creative copy writing skills with a flair for taking the initiative to creative compelling marketing campaigns.
