BUSINESS FUNCTION: Personal Injury department
LOCATION: Ipswich (Outskirts- Own transport essential)
HOURS: Monday – Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm
Are you an experienced secretary? This could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Working for an established Solicitors in their Ipswich office within Personal Injury.
We are looking for candidates with legal experience however if you are an experienced secretary working in a high pressure environment with audio typing experience we would love to hear from you.
What your work environment will be like

What you’ll be doing
Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms
Liaising with clients
Using digital transcription system, Bighand, to create letters, emails and documents
Amending and reformatting documents in Microsoft Word and using Track Changes
Using the firm’s Accounts software, Partner for Windows, to record payments in and out, create new matters and where necessary, record time spent
Completing standard forms
Photocopying and scanning documents
Maintaining orderly filing system
What we’re looking for
Experience within a similar fast paced secretarial role
Some relevant legal experience would be an advantage but not essential
Fast accurate typing speed
The ability to multi-task
Proven team working skills
