Our client a multi million pound technology company is seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive for its offices based in birmingham city centre.
- The Telemarketing Executive may come from a lead generation, telesales or internal sales background and will have a confident and professional approach using a combination of telephone, email and social media i.e. LinkedIn to generate leads and new prospects.
- B2B telemarketing and lead generation - contacting businesses by telephone to promote products and/or services
- Networking with clients, both in person and on social media
- Maintaining client records on the company database and keeping information relating to your activities in an orderly fashion.
- Diary management of the sales team
- Follow up conversations with emails when required
- Contact prospects to follow up on initial contact
- Setting appointments for clients
Skills & Experiences:
- minimum 2 years experience of telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or internal sales
- Must be target driven and used to working in an office environment as part of team
- Computer Literate (MS Office skills such as Word / Excel required)
- Confident when calling new prospects, with a professional manner
- Ability to think on your feet, and be proactive and consultative on the phone
- Knowledge of the IT industry is desirable
