The Role

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their team in Reading. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of Commercial Property matters, which will include providing secretarial support to solicitors and other members of the department, efficiently handle telephone calls, liaise with clients and third parties, provide assistance to and dealing with tasks delegated by lawyers.

    Legal Secretary with experience in Commercial Property mattersBe familiar with HMRC and Land Registry commonly used forms and processesHave sound knowledge of MS Word (particularly advanced knowledge of track changes) and all Microsoft Office systems.Excellent attention to detailFlexible and dependableConscientious, approachable and enthusiastic
