This involves taking waste food products through these revolutionary processes to turn them into advanced biofuels and biochemicals.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer-
Assist in the day to day maintenance and servicing of process equipment.
Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance of equipment on site.
Ensure equipment is operating in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
To regularly review project status ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve process performance.
Planning the work and efficiently organising site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may occur
Bring innovative ideas
Ensure works on site are carried out safely with due regard to the protection of the workforce, public and the environment, including managing exclusion zones.
Work to Health and Safety Standards.
Ensure all works are constructed efficiently, to the required quality and in accordance with the required contract programme.
Any other tasks as set out by the supervisor.
If you are a well versed service or maintenance engineer with an interest in sustainable energy solutions and environmental welfare, this role would be ideal! Or perhaps you are a proven service technician looking for the next step in your career. Wed be happy to hear from candidates from a number of industries that user such disciplines as hydraulics systems, conveyer systems and pneumatics. A knowledge of pumps, valves and cabling would be advantageous. But you do need a solid mechanical knowhow with some appreciation of electrical fundamentals.
ONC/HNC would be preferable but not essential provided you can demonstrate a good knowledge of the principles involved and have a problem solving and can do approach to work.
