Oakhill Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a growing acquisitive market leading business. The primary responsibility of this role is the management and support of core finance functions, providing strategic decision support and timely Management Information and value-added reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

·Oversee control of all purchase ledger functions

·Review and processing of supplier payments

·Day to day cash management across Group Companies

·Ensure group cash balances are sufficient to facilitate short term operational requirements

·Monthly review of key reconciliations, including bank accounts

·Forward thinking approach to cash forecasting and group financing requirements

·Partner with Finance teams to understand key cash movements, particularly in respect of Capex and Projects

·Oversee control of all group debt, management of group debtor days to within reasonable levels

·Oversee weekly and monthly cash flow reporting / forecasting

·Month end Debtor / Creditor reporting and analysis

·Oversee production and submission of group quarterly VAT return

·Continuous review of systems and process to ensure team efficiency and effective controls

This is a high-profile role with visibility across the business and manages a large finance team of varying levels and experience, it is key that you are comfortable coaching, developing and mentoring the team.

The ideal candidates will be a qualified accountant with experience of working with Capex, managing ledger functions and team management experience.
