Marketing Manager/ Senior Campaign Manager

Senior Campaign Manager - brief role overview

As a Senior Campaign Manager/ Marketing Manager you will report in to the Head of Marketing and work with other departments to plan and activate marketing campaigns to deadline and assigned budget, that support our three key business focus points:

• GDS Group brands and its co-brands

• GDS Summits

• Meet the Boss (MTB)

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will bring a top line level of knowledge and experience across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Email, Direct Mail, Content etc..) and your familiarity with the Summits and MTB programmes and audiences to build excellent campaigns every time.

You will work with your colleagues across Content and Activation to align strategy, content and target audience to develop campaigns, and will define timelines and conversion points to understand what should be working and by when.

You will use your strategic, planning and project management skills to succeed in this role, constantly looking for new opportunities to improve campaign performance, and regular testing of all key touchpoints to ensure the best results. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and potential new channels and technologies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Senior Campaign Manager/ Marketing Manager experience required

    A creative thinker, able to come up with the concept and deliver on it.Experience of managing staff and multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques, concepts and innovative and technology based techniques including but not limited to; SEO, PPC, Email, Direct Mail, ContentProven experience of creating and owning large scale multi-channel campaigns.Strong project management skills with proven experience managing and executing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
