IT Infrastructure Support Consultant: A talented, client facing IT Infrastructure Support Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in IT infrastructure support (Active Directory / Exchange / Windows Server / SharePoint etc.) and managed IT services, is required to join the expanding team within a highly regarded IT managed services consultancy.

You'll be involved in supporting clients' IT infrastructure on a day-to-day basis; this could be from the London office, working directly onsite with clients or quite often a mixture of both. You will work with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders at all levels, providing bespoke support services and technical escalation. Onsite you will work directly with customers to ensure the successful operation of their IT infrastructure, and look at how technology can improve their business performance.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' client facing experience in IT Managed Service Support. You'll have good interpersonal, listening and troubleshooting skills and you will enjoy solving client's technical problems.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a broad range of technologies used every day in a support capacity (preferably with some accreditations). Some of the areas we are looking for are:

*Key Microsoft server skills (Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Windows Server, SQL, SharePoint, System Center)
*Experience of service desk and monitoring systems
*ITIL for service management
*Office365
*Networking
*Virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V
*SAN and Storage technologies including underlying fabric
*Backup/Replication Technologies such as Veeam
