REPAIRS PLANNER TEAM LEADER
Daniel Owen are looking for a Maintenance Planner Team Leader to supervise a Team of Resource Schedulers, carrying out their daily supervision, monitoring, appraisals, time managements and performance management in accordance within company Policies
To provide strong and effective leadership to the Team of Resource Schedulers to ensure they are effective in their roles, supported and motivated. Appraising and developing direct reports so as to improve their performance and ensure the contact centre objectives and KPIs are met.
To recruit and train professional staffs that reflect the standard of service required.
To manage staff in line with company policies. Specifically promote and implement staff development policies and manage staff in line with the Performance Management Scheme.
To carry out the full range of employment relations issues relevant to the service area and the management and recruitment of staff, such as sickness monitoring, PMS, training and disciplinary.
To deputise for Contact Centre Manager when required.
To schedule jobs for operative to ensure that a suitably qualified operative is scheduled to every repairs or inspection appointment made with a resident, client or customer.
To undertake such follow up work as required on behalf of the operative by procedure or instruction to ensure a satisfactory conclusion to the appointment.
Be dedicated to ensuring that the customers receive an excellent standard of service.
Candidates must have proven team leader/management experience and must have worked in a maintenance environment before.
