Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor
- Psychology Graduate- 2:1 or higher

An opportunity has arisen for a high achieving graduate with excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, to join a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion team based within a Nottingham Primary School.
As a Behaviour and Inclusion Learning Assistant, you will provide support to children across all key stages. You will instrumental to improving teaching and learning through providing targeted intervention to children.
To be successful in this role you will be forward thinking, inspirational, and receptive to change. This role will require good communications skills, as much of the role will be working in partnership with children, members of the inclusion team and parents.
The school offer a well-structured induction programme for all new staff and you will be provided with both training and knowledge to enable you to support vulnerable children effectively. You will deliver targeted intervention to small groups, promoting equality and restorative approaches in order for children to access the curriculum and overcome any barriers to their learning. Your role will develop higher levels of achievement, welfare, attendance management and safeguarding.
