We are currently assisting a small, friendly business to recruit on an ongoing temporary basis for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Duties to include:
•Process sales and purchase invoices•Credit control •Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations•Bank reconciliations •Process expenses / credit card transactions•Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments •Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines •Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis •Completion of VAT Returns•Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders•Matching invoices to delivery notes
Skills:
•Experience working for Small businesses•Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible
