Senior Manager - Partnerships and Customer Management
Professional Recruitment are working with a leading client who are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to work within their newly formed General Insurance Division within the Partnership and Customer Management team. Within this role you will develop and deliver first class Supplier Relationship Management across a portfolio of Key Strategic Partners. You will ensure the requirement and ownership of a customer and conduct agenda for the General Insurance business including customer experience, management and retention.
Key role responsibilities include:
- Management of direct and indirect relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners through out the Product lifecycle, meeting regulatory, commercial, and customer requirements and ensuring adherence to the supplier management framework
- Responsible for the existing customer portfolio ensuring commercial objectives are met, through the development and delivery of appropriate engagement
- Improving customer experience through inputs such as complaints , COIs and NPS which are used to deliver both tactical and strategic improvements
- Assessing the impact of regulatory change, and where applicable, leading the delivery of any operational changes to the business resulting from changes to regulation
This is a pivotal role within the business and our client is looking for somebody who has a depth of recent experience within the insurance sector, ideally within products. Ideally you will be an expert in understanding and managing customer journeys and customer contact strategies. You’ll have experience in delivering a range of small to large scale projects within Financial Services and across complex environments, with strong line management and broader leadership skills. Your communication skills will be strong and you’ll have the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.
