Description

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report into the Finance Manager.

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to: inputting purchase invoices, reconciling invoices to supplier statements and producing monthly payment lists, dealing with various queries, processing company card payments, petty cash handling, assisting with credit control when required, inputting payroll information into the system and other ad hoc duties as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Assist with various finance duties.
  • Have an understanding of accountancy software.
  • Ability to work well in a small team.

Job Offer

Competitive salary: Up to £20,000 + 25 days holiday + free on site parking + annual bonus + study support + on site parking
