Purchase Ledger Clerk | Loughborough | Up to £20k + Bonus + Great Benefits

Your new company
This Purchase Ledger Clerk job is a full-time, permanent, job based in Loughborough. This job will be working for an expanding business and therefore requires an experienced individual dedicated to the Purchase Ledger. This job offers you a salary between £18,000 to £20,000 based on your experience. Ideally this position will have an immediate start, however the client will consider those with notice period.

Your new role
The job of the Purchase Ledger Clerk is to manage the purchase ledger for the different areas of the business. You will be working closely with the Finance Director, however you will be taking responsibility for the purchase ledger and be confident supporting in other areas of the finance team on an Ad-hoc basis. You'll be processing a range of invoices on a daily basis, but also be in an internal customer facing role supporting stakeholders when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will need to have demonstrable Purchase ledger experience. Whether this is in a pure Purchase Ledger, or from more Finance/Accounts Assistant jobs prior to this. You will also enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment. Experience in SAP would be beneficial although not essential, however you will have excellent IT skills. In this job you will be working for a growing company, so it would be highly advantageous to have worked in an SME business which underwent considerable growth. However; this isn't essential. Overall; this is a great job if you have a confident grasp of the Purchase Ledger aspects of finance as there is scope to learn and develop.
