Health and Social Care Curriculum Quality Manager, UK Wide, Permanent, Full Time Job, £26,500 - £30,000

You will be joining one of the UK's largest Training Providers. They are a huge powerhouse of Further Education and Skills & Training provision. Your new role
You will be their new Quality Coordinator / Manager for the Health and Care Qualification Provision. You will coordinate and manage the Health & Social Care Sector Quality Assurance team. You will support the development of curriculum delivery models for all qualifications across the sector and be the ambassador for quality across the whole sector. You will be responsible for managing, understanding, developing and delivering training to their Quality Assurers, to ensure best practice is shared across the teams and sectors. You will lead on the QA sampling plan, addressing deviations from process and assessment judgement disputes, where they arise.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be Internal Verifier / IQA qualified with a D35/36, V1, TAQA or IQA Level 4 qualification. You hold a teaching qualification at PTTLS or above. You will have experience within the Health and Social Care Sector and be familiar with the qualification frameworks. You will have extensive experience of assessing qualifications and verifying other colleagues. You will have held senior positions previously such as "Lead IQA" or "IQA Coordinator". You will have the ability to write high quality reports and the initiative to take action to improve upon quality across different regions.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary between £26,500 - £30,000. You will receive a mileage allowance of 40p per mile, pension, healthcare, life insurance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases to 28 after 5th work year anniversary), and £1,000 worth of company perks each year.
